Your Role

We are looking for a hands-on Impact Analyst to support the Impact Measurement team, focusing on impact data quality, management and processing which is administered through various systems in FMO. The correct administration of this data is crucial for the reporting of FMO results internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will work with colleagues from various departments. You will contribute to various reporting cycles and key processes.

  • Implementing disclosures of investments in FMO world map;
  • Supporting the data collection process to ensure data coverage;
  • Performing data quality analysis and remediations in data administered in our Sustainability information System;
  • Preparing datasets and management information and running analyses on impact and other key data; and
  • Supporting preparation of internal and external impact and sustainability reports.

Our Offer

We offer a competitive gross annual compensation between 50-55K (full time, including holiday allowance 8%), depending on your experience.

Your Team

The Impact Measurement (IM) team is part of the Finance, Integrated Reporting, and Impact Measurement (FIRM) department. Impact measurement is a core component of FMO’s Impact Management Framework, connecting strategy, data, reporting, and learning across the organization. The team ensures impact and ESG are measured and implemented in processes and systems, providing data for stakeholders to monitor progress and inform decision-making.

Your Background

  • HBO or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a strong affinity for company financial and sustainability data
  • Experience with data administration, including working with large datasets in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Experience with Power BI, including creating reports and dashboards
  • Preferably some experience with SQL, such as writing queries to extract data from databases
  • Maximum 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage)
