Everything you need to know about the role is outlined in the vacancy advertisement.

When?

Our Talent Acquisition team will get in touch with you after receiving your application.

Interview Process

         Your Interview Process

What happens?

Our interviews are competency based and carried out by experienced interviewers who want to get to know you—your strengths, your motivation, and your fit with the team and FMO.

  • First interview: Usually held online via Microsoft Teams. You’ll meet a Talent Acquisition team member and someone from the hiring team. This conversation goes in-depth on your technical skills and your motivation for the role, the team, and FMO.
  • Second interview: If you move forward, the next step is an inperson interview with team members. This is also a great chance for you to ask more detailed questions about the team’s daily work.
  • If needed, depending on location, second interviews may also take place via Microsoft Teams.
  • Case studies: For some roles, a case study may be included in either the first or second interview round.
  • Manager and director roles: These follow a separate process that includes psychometric or skills-based testing. Final interviews are conducted by senior management.

When?

Interviews—online or in person—take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on your availability and the business schedule.
